Location: R4

Jeffrey Masson will discuss how he became interested in Holocaust study, why it is still relevant, and which books (including many in his own extensive collection ) are essential reading for such study. He is particularly interested in how the killing of mental patients in Germany led to the killing of Jews, and how in the one case there was enough public outrage that it was stopped (at least temporarily) while in the latter there was no outrage. Why?
